For 15 years, Sprint Martial Arts has taught hundreds of students who have busy work-life commitments. Our successful morning classes have enabled those who work from home and have flexible schedules to learn martial arts. We have produced over a hundred black belts, all of whom have become strong martial artists with the attitude to match. Sprint offers an opportunity for those who cannot attend our dojos to learn directly from the workplace. We take pride in cultivating black belt leaders who feel healthy both physically and mentally. Martial Arts For Businesses and Employees The first class is a free 30-minute online session led by one of our two Chief Instructors. If you would like to book one of these classes, please do so in advance, as we have limited time slots available. Work Shops Offered: Basic Strikes & Self Defence Leadership & Coaching Beginner Sparring & Contact Courses offered by Cheif Instructor Alex Campbell & Cheif Instructor Christian Disley We can provide the service in person to Surrey and London area.
