Beginners

The first class is a free class in our beginner
class. Its structured so its easy and fun to try.
The classes are taken by Sprint Ma trained
instructors. If you have not trained in martial
arts before or you have not exercised in a
while you can take a brake at any time and we
will structure the class so it’s achievable;
meaning it’s ok, we understand what it’s like
to try for first time, its our job to help you
start, finish and enjoy the class.
The
beginner
class
is
40
minutes
to
an
hour
and
taught
by
a
Sprint
Ma
instructor
who
is
trained
specifically
to
teach
beginners.
The
class
is
easy
and
fun
to
try.
The
classes
are
non
contact.
Available
for
the
ages
of
4-65
years
plus
What you will need:
Loose comfortable clothing
T shirt Jogging Trousers)
Bottle of water
Method of payment to enrol if
you choose to.

class times, so please choose which
day and time you would Like to try.
Please reserve you free class, you
can choose your preferred date, we
will try our best to Get your best day.
